Overview
With the Tags report, you can monitor your team's conversation and track the total number of tagged discussions over a specific period. You can have an in-depth knowledge of different categories of conversation, the number or type of tags used, and the performances of those tags.

This provides a concise overview or summary of the key metrics and insights related to a specific tag. This feature offers valuable information to help you understand the impact and performance of tags within your conversations.
This metric represents the total number of conversations that have been tagged with the specific tag.
Conversations With Tags bar
Features
The Conversations With Tags bar provides valuable insights into the percentage of conversations that have been tagged versus those that are untagged. If you aim to track the conversations occurring with your team, it is crucial to ensure a high percentage of conversations are tagged appropriately.
The metric access detailed information about the metric, including its calculation method and the conversations that were considered in the calculation.
Filters
To keep track of Tags, Simpu provides you with filters that can be a powerful tool for evaluating teammates' tag reports. By applying specific filters to the data, you can isolate the performance of each tagged conversation and gain a more detailed understanding of the tag's performance.
Features
You can select your desired time range, specific tag name, and individual inbox.
Click the filter icon at the top right corner of the table to select the metrics you want to be displayed.
Tag Details Table
Features
The Tag Details table presents detailed metrics for each of your tags within the chosen timeframe. This valuable information provides insights into the effectiveness, quantity, and performance trends associated with each tag.
The table displays both parent tags and nested tags for comprehensive visibility and analysis.
To choose the metrics you want to view, click on the gear icon located at the top right corner of the table. From there, you can select the desired metrics from the list provided.
