To keep track of Tags, Simpu provides you with filters that can be a powerful tool for evaluating teammates' tag reports. By applying specific filters to the data, you can isolate the performance of each tagged conversation and gain a more detailed understanding of the tag's performance.

Click the filter icon at the top right corner of the table to select the metrics you want to be displayed.
